AF III Feeder Fund

AF III Feeder Fund (the Fund) is a closed-end sub-fund of Goldcrest S.A. SICAV- RAIF. The Fund will invest its assets into AF III SCSp (the Master Fund), which invests in whole loans, mezzanine loans, senior loans and preferred equity secured on real estate assets principally located in Germany in order to deliver to investors an attractive risk adjusted rate of return without significant concentration of risk. The Fund may also hold cash, cash equivalent and other liquid assets on an ancillary basis to meet its financial obligations or pending investments in the Master Fund.
